Reserving the property for yourself
If you wish to block off certain dates to reserve the property for yourself or any other reason, please email us at least 48 hours before the date you want to block at support@smarthost.co.uk providing us with dates and times of your arrival and departure.
Please note, that if you previously provided your availability and we have already secured the booking, the cancellation fee might be applied and you shall be required to pay SmartHost fee for the cancelled booking.

Cleaning will be arranged by default after your stay if you prefer not to please let SmartHost team know in advance.
Important! Once you hand over the keys to us, please do not access the apartment without letting a member of our team know first. There could be guests staying at the property, entering the apartment while they are there without notifying them is a breach of privacy and might lead to cancellations, refunds or penalties.
